Extremely fine dining...amazingly reasonble

Wow! That's how I greeted the Elaine's (as in Seinfeld) salad Kiko served me at her 565 Grill in Pagosa Springs, CO. Her husband Mike had been dishing me out the most consistlantly perfect dinners frequently for weeks,and, finally I was there for lunch. This salad was typical of this amazing cuisine. Hugh diameter bowl fluffed with that perfect lettace etc. topped with almost a pound or so of delectable strips of rib eye steak (my meat choice). Low, low prices. At ten bucks that salad had at least twenty worth of finely prepared food. YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING! That's how i greeted the news from her they were closing in June. No. No NO ! Unlike Seinfeld this establishment is being cancelled way before its time.
